Hotel is spotless, the rooms are spacious and we found the staff friendly. Typical AI buffet was nice. Entertainment staff are excellent. We had an issue with the hairdryer and it was swapped immediately.
Disappointing stay - was here for a week booked with Jet2. The positives were the rooms - stayed in suite which had a separate bedroom. Good size we were in a block with sea view on 4th floor.
