Third time at the hotel. I would say that it needs some TLC quite urgently. Pool choice is good for the children. Food choice has changed significantly over the past couple of years. Customer service also needs to be worked on. We had a urine stained mattress in the main room, for housekeeping to simply turn it over!

Nice 4-star all inclusive complex. Pools were smaller than expected but there were 4 pool areas to choose from. Sun beds need replacing as very old and uncomfortable. Hotel grounds were immaculate and beautiful. Rooms were comfortable and as expected. Junior suits are spacious. Food was nice but it needs more variety. Alcoholic drinks we…

The rooms were lovely and everywhere was very clean. Most of the staff were very friendly and some of the bar staff would take time to have a laugh with you in the evening. If you are a fussy eater you might find it a bit challenging. All in all a very enjoyable family holiday. We would go again.

It fails 5 minutes later, I call reception again they send someone else who does the same. Then complain to reception and th…
