This was an absolutely awful hotel! The pool was nice but that was about it. You have to pay to use the safe and if you don’t the cleaners will rob you anyway, they took €200 out of my zipped up bag hidden under the bed, they also checked my friends bag and after speaking to other people in the hotel a lot of other people were also robbed…

We have just returned from a stay at this hotel in Tenerife. There were some positives, but unfortunately they were outweighed by the negatives.
