I came here with high expectations as this is a hotel chain that has a reputation that you would think they would try to uphold however there were many flaws. The staff are absolutely amazing, sadly fell ill on holiday and the staff went above and beyond for me! Ringing the doctors, booking taxis to the doctors , making me drinks like hot honey and lemons! Khushi a member of staff was absolutely brilliant. Will definitely be returning
