We booked this hotel and then were completely ignored by the hotel and have tried numerous times to get in contact with the hotel to no avail, hopefully someone from the hotel can get in touch and solve this for us.
Very good animation team, that talk to all the guests and are very lively. Nice pools and lots of activities to be involved in. Very nice and clean hotel and food options are very good. Rooms are clean and tidied everyday and nice clean towels.
Our stay at Dunes D’Or Ocean Club was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. We were two female travellers with a nine-year-old child with non-verbal autism and global developmental delay and arrived at the hotel around midnight.
