Just back from a long weekend in Budapest and couldn’t fault this beautiful hotel. Reception staff were amazing and a special thank you to Luna who went over and above to help reunite us with a left case at the hotel by arranging a taxi to bring it to us. Eternally grateful. Will definitely visit again.

The hotel has several shortcomings. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the room: clearly the housekeeping service isn’t working, as dust had accumulated on the desk surfaces, and it seems the afternoon turndown service isn’t even provided (which is mandatory in a 4-star hotel).
