3/5Not 5 *1 Jul 26

Overall, this is a 3-star establishment. The building may be 5-star, but it was all fur coat. The main reason for this was that the food in the one and only restaurant was awful. We ate there a couple of times but chose to go into town on other occasions. Sunbeds are another issue unless you want to get up at 6 a.m. every morning. They sa…

4/5Nice hotel, I’d say more like a good 4* than a 5*1 Aug 26

Nice enough hotel and had a decent holiday here. Friendly staff and a good selection of drinks available on the all inclusive. Felt a bit butlins like. I’d say it was 85% British guests so you could chat with anyone at anytime, in fact Tenerife as a whole seemed very British! I wouldn’t say it was a 5* hotel though more like a 4*. We’ve d…

3/5Nice holiday, could have been better!1 Jul 26

We have just returned from a stay at GF Gran Costa Adeje. Overall, we had a lovely holiday, but unfortunately we don’t feel this hotel lives up to its advertised 5-star standard. Having stayed in other 5-star all-inclusive hotels, particularly in Majorca, we found this experience was much closer to a good 4-star hotel. Check-in was pleas…

5/5Lovely hotel1 Jul 26

We are here now and are very impressed. Two adults and one child (7) staying in one room, plenty of space and the sofa bed for my daughter is comfy. Room is very clean and well refurbished, with a good sized fridge and bathroom. All of the staff have been lovely and very welcoming, they gave my daughter a toy on arrival which was a very …

5/5Fantastic stay1 Jul 26

We stayed here for a week from the 19th July. I cannot fault the hotel at all. Check in was quick and easy, the room was lovely and spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful. I am a really fussy eater but can honest say there was something for me at every meal. There are plenty of sun beds and are usually full by 10/10.30am, you will …
