We have being their twice now. Great hotel but the lack of staff and the way the entertainment staff lack of interaction with kids was very noticeable this time around
Beautiful hotel but the luft is ABSOLUTELY a non- negotiable. Please get this rectified quickly. Not acceptable or inclusive
Stayed at this hotel as a family of 8. Check in was smooth & staff so friendly. Rooms were spacious and allocated close to each other which we didn’t expect but was a lovely touch.
