First time coming to tenerife and I think we've chose the right hotel and location. Food was really good. Room was spacious. Entertainment was good. Pool was a reasonable temperature and never had an issue finding a sunbed. Staff were very friendly. We had a couples massage in the hotel spa which we highly recommend
Hotel was in stunning location, rooms well looked after, Reception and staff excellent, pool barwas a delight, overall a grat stay.
Room 415 Seaview room with good wardrobe space and toiletries all provided. Housekeeping very good in particular Pamela who ensured we got fresh towels. Excellent service from beginning to end from all staff, after an issue with our room it was immediately rectified by reception staff especially Liana and Jesus who couldn't be more helpful.
