Decent value. Nice hotel. Good food - lots of variety
3 times I had dinner at the brasserie restaurant and every time the meat was overcooked. The pork secreto, the pork steak and the sirloin steak. In addition the service was poor. This ruined my holiday. This is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. Other restaurants were much better and do not deserve a one star review.

Everything we have come to expect from a H10 hotel and so much more. The check in experience set the standard as we were guided to the lobby bar where a tray of drinks and snacks were bought over.
