The hotel Hermitage is very nice. We had a quiet room. Denisa at the reception was very accommodating. She helped us navigating our way to the city center and arranged transportation to have a safe trip. She answered all our questions and made excellent suggestions. High commendation for Denisa. Hermitage Hotel Prague was one of those rare hotels where you arrive with high expectations and leave wondering whether you should simply move in permanently.
