The staff were absolutely incredible. The Animation Team were fantastic with constant activities arranged and they engaged with everyone. Lots of nicknames like the monster for my 6'5 son who loved that. We had four boys ages 15-18yrs and the team kept them busy all day. Great animation team and staff around pool are hard working. Rooms are poor and are not cleaned. To get a sunbed be up early as they will all be taken by 8am.
Amazing experience The service, politeness, the clean rooms, the friendly atmosphere, family friendly all were positive. I would recommend the hotel to all travellers A jewell of north Africa!
