We had a great experience, the hotel is modern, customer service was above and beyond.our expectations. We also liked the location, we were able to see Murano.glass factories and demonstrations.

Great location between the airport and Venice. Easy to get to by water taxi, and also quite fun. Away from the crowds in Venice. Nice bar at the hotel, and several shops and restaurants nearby.

We specifically chose the Hyatt Centric based on TripAdvisor reviews of this property. The location, property and staff met and exceeded all expectations. Not sure if our travels will ever bring us back to Venice, but if they do we would book the Hyatt Centric without a second thought.

Great location. Very stressful liaising about their water taxi service prior to arrival. On the night, the emergence lighting came on at 4 am and couldn’t be turned off. There was also no water to wash until 7:45 am. I had booked three rooms. It was a lot of money for little sleep and a lot of pre-stay stress.
