All staff make an excellent effort to get to know each guest, we stayed for a week as a first holiday together without the kids! Attention to detail from the bar staff to the towel/ beach team was impeccable. We could thoroughly relax and be well taken care of, but chose to do lots of trips via Sun International and the Blue Marlin water …
Can’t fault this hotel Svetlana is lovely and warm extremely helpful in guest relations, staff in reception, restaurants, bars, (too many to name) very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. 2nd time we have been here and whilst there this time we have booked a return visit.
