We stayed at La Palma Princess Hotel and found the staff absolutely wonderful, but the hotel itself wasn’t right for us. The resort is extremely hilly, with steep walks between rooms, pools, and restaurants. We also encountered cockroaches, both outdoors and inside hotel areas, which made the stay uncomfortable. A nice quiet large location with plenty of sunbeds/ sun lounges and massive pools. Even the Gym is very well equipped, fantastic Animation team inc. Jorge Flávio Bratz Irene and very helpfulGym trainers, especially Barbie and Santana. good variety of food really lovely friendly staff. have returned several times and made lots of friends.
Beautiful place to go with a family if you don't want to leave the resort and just relax. The animators (the staff who host the activities and do the shows) are amazing. Jorge was great and made my experience great and I met some great people along the way on the resort and I'm not very sociable. Food was good as much as you can expect …
