I rarely give negative reviews. This hotel is not 5 stars. I bumped into the cleaning lady who shouted at me in Turkish and took photos of our room- she showed me sand on my sons bed in a picture and continued to shout and tell me off even after I appologised. !! I filed a complaint but they said it was normal and we should leave our room…
