This was a return trip for us. We previously visited 10 years ago under different management. It was lovely to find this hotel full with Turkish as well as international guests and not to just be surrounded by other Brits this time! We have had a fabulous stay at Marmaris Bay Resort and enjoyed it a LOT. What a relaxing experience. Across the bay and 8km from Marmaris by road. The gated and guarded complex is situated on a hillside in the forest on the shoreline of Marmaris Bay. A tranquil setting. So we booked this holiday and bear in mind it's not cheap and expecting to have a 5 star experience. Don't get me wrong, but to call this 5 star is a bit of a stretch.
