Not sure if this was our sixth or seventh stay on The Level at Melia Alicante. Nice place but some tweaks would help make it even better. The pool is a typical city pool- small and lots of beds in a small area. But nothing was done about towels left all day until the last day when I had a card placed on my towel telling me not to leave it- I was at the bar! Like for a few mins! Weird. Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic with views of the beach, castle, harbour and the town. The rooms are very well appointed and nicely decorated. From the Minute we checked in the experience was exceptional . Very friendly and efficient staff , immaculately clean room and public areas and comfortable bed .
