3/5Ok experience1 Jul 26

Hotel is ok, ignore the bad reviews and make the best of your Holiday. Food is average for All Inclusive, didn’t have bad meal, didn’t have a great meal. We didn’t queue for longer than 5 minutes for a drink. You can get a decent sunbed location up to around 9am after that you will struggle. Pool is very good for kids. Kids club only cate…

5/5Amazing hotel worth every penny - Don't debate it book it. The stand out is spacious and hard working staff.1 Aug 26

So I've been here for a week so far. I have to say the stand out for me is the staff. They work so very hard. The hotel is exactly as described. It's exceptionally clean. Things to know if you're visiting. The shuttle to the beach runs at 10 and 11 and returns to the hotel at 5 and 6. The walk is a lot if you're intending as we did to w…

2/5Queuing nightmareFamily · 1 Jul 26

If you like a queue then please do go to this hotel. They run out of cups, glasses and plates quite often. Once you get a cup the next queue is for coffee or drinks. Coffee machine are often faulty, soda machines are flat as is beer. Juice machine are slightly more reliable but only just. Then you have to find a plate to get food. . Thes…

5/5Family‑Friendly StayFamily · 1 Jul 26

A lovely, friendly stay overall. The staff were welcoming, the food was tasty, though a couple of meat dishes were a bit tough. The swimming pool was large and perfect for relaxing, and the kids absolutely loved the aquapark. Comfortable beds made it easy to rest after busy days. A great family‑friendly holiday.

5/5Great stayFamily · 1 Jul 26

Great hotel with helpful reception staff. Catered well for my daughter who has coeliac disease. The animation team was great, especially Vanush and Omar who were really engaging with the guests. The only downside is guests ignore the rules and reserve loungers at 6.30am and rules are not enforced, although a lifeguard did help a family ge…
