We stayed at PlayaOlid Suites & Apartments as a family of four, and we had a very pleasant experience. The location was excellent, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and bars, and it was not too far from the beach, which made getting around very convenient. The food at the hotel was very good, and the staff were consistently helpf…

2/5Sadly gone downhill and won’t be returning soon1 Jul 26

I meant to write a review for my partner and I’s stay last year, but never got round to it so this is a review for the latest two stays. Do not listen to the bad reviews!! My family had a great holiday and nothing is wrong with the hotel as a whole. . The rooms were always clean and supplied with fresh towels and toilet paper daily. All the supplies you could think of (kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, and a cook top). . The food was lovely, coming from a vegetarian I do…

1/5Not safe1 Jul 26

I have an autistic little boy and non of the rooms lock from the inside. At any point a child can open the door and go for a wander if they was to wake in the night, sleep walk etc. Not safe atall. The pictures are absolutely nothing like the hotel, cockroaches was seen and staff was not helpful atall.
