This was out third trip to Pollentia club resort but our first with our whole family of 5. We stayed in two village rooms and were able to pay to choose two close together. The staff, food and whole experience were spot on as usual. We all lived our trip and will definitely return for a 5th time in the future! A firm family favourite
The hotel has a setting for the airconditioning which was far too weak for us. The room, restaurant and the gym were not cool enough to enjoy after being in the heat outside. Lovely family holiday in a beautiful location only downside further from Puerto pollenca than I thought. There are buses but very busy this time of year so we got a cab. Also lots of mosquitoes around - go prepared with repellent
