1/5Awful experience.1 Jul 26

This is the worst all inclusive hotel i have stayed at. Not a 4* one little bit. The transfer took around 1 hour and 30mins. 4 adults 2 children. On check in we wasn’t told about anything regarding the hotel. We were told a few basic details from a rep from another holiday company. Which for a four star hotel is very poor. One of …

3/5Lovely holiday despite negatives but wouldn’t return1 Jul 26

We booked this hotel for a group of 12 (8 adults and 4 children aged 5 to 12) based on budget and having ticked all the boxes we look for I.e proximity to beach, pool, area and reviews. On arrival it was very noisy around the pool area, music was so loud you couldn’t have a conversation. Every day you had no chance of getting a bed unles…

3/5You Get What You Pay For1 Jul 26

You Get What You Pay For After reading some of the reviews before travelling, I was a little worried, but I think it’s important to give a balanced and honest opinion. In my view, this isn’t a 4-star hotel. I’d rate it closer to a 3-star. While the majority of the hotel was clean, there were areas that could have been maintained better.…

4/5Ok for a budget stay1 Jul 26

Lovely staff, not great for cleanliness in rooms. Have to ask for tea, coffee and beds changed. Really loud around the pool. Lots of rude tourists pushing in. But equally met lots of polite English. Food good when the queues have died down. Beach bar food basic though. The spa staff and massage were amazing and well recommended.

2/5NOT 5 Star1 Jul 26

We travelled as a family of eight. Four adults and four children. We were so disappointed that we had paid for a five star hotel and did not get one. This hotel is three star. We had sea view rooms, which we paid extra for, the balconies were a good size, but the whole rooms badly need updating. Paper cups and frayed towels were not what…
