Zero insulation in rooms, loud music until 2 am EVERYDAY. What else can I say - this is not how I was expecting a hotel for £1,000 per night with 4,7 rating 🤯

Great location, close to the airport. Amazing hotel, with all the facility you can imagine..Everything in resorts was spotless clean, beautiful sandy beach, clean water. There are lots of good and excellent things. First and most important the quality of all staff is amazing. Everyone around us is always doing everything they can to make us happy and satisfied.
